Jim Arket is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM) with over twenty-five years of experience in the Houston
office building market. He provides his clients with professional and

Corporate Real Estate Services, Build-to-Suit, Strategic Planning and Consulting.
Jim is a Senior Vice President at the Grubb & Ellis Company, Houston.

Mona Williams began her real estate career with Century Development Corporation
in 1987, and gained extensive experience working with the firm’s development,
marketing and construction departments. She joined James Arket & Company, a
real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, in 1994 to utilize her
skills to assist clients in tenant representation transactions.
Since James Arket & Company merged with Grubb & Ellis in 1998, Ms.
Williams has continued her role in tenant representation as well as
representing building and land owners in the sales of their properties as part
of the Arket team.
